Low Carb Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 dessert spoon chia and 1 dessert spoon ground linseed (soak in warm water until soft or overnight in water)

1/3 Cup frozen Blue Berries
1⁄2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
Pinch of Salt

150mls Coconut or Almond Milk (unsweetened)
1⁄2 of a scoop of ANS Ketosys meal replacement shake
1-2 Cups of Spinach
40 g Unsweetened Coconut Yoghurt
35mls Full Fat Cream
Optional - For extra Fat add more cream, MCT oil or Avocado.

Method:

  1. Combine ingredients
  2. Blend till smooth
